Sound & VFX Designer

Cinnamon is a leading Roblox studio with multiple hit games and millions of players worldwide. We are building the strongest Roblox development team in the industry and are looking for a talented Sound & VFX Designer to help bring our worlds to life. We’re on the lookout for a creative and well-rounded Roblox Sound & VFX Designer who not only has a strong ear for audio and eye for visual effects but can also implement, script, and polish sound and VFX systems within Roblox Studio.

What You'll Do:

• •Design, create, and implement high-quality sound effects and visual effects within Roblox Studio.
• •Produce custom audio cues and visual effects (particles, lighting effects, impacts, ambient effects, etc.) that enhance immersion and player feedback.
• •Assist with integrating sound and VFX into gameplay systems within Roblox Studio (scripting knowledge is a plus but not required).
• •Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and producers to align sound and VFX with gameplay mechanics and events.
• •Contribute creative ideas for how audio and visual effects can improve clarity, immersion, and overall game feel.

What We're Looking For:

• •Experience creating sound effects, ambient audio, and particle-based visual effects for games.
• •Familiarity with Roblox Studio, including implementing sounds and particle systems.
• •Ability to design impact effects, environmental effects, and gameplay feedback effects that enhance player experience.
• •Understanding of game feel and timing, ensuring audio and VFX feel responsive and polished.
• •Strong attention to detail and a good sense of immersion, atmosphere, and visual clarity.
