The Mission:

Cinnamon is a leading Roblox studio with multiple hit games and millions of players worldwide. We are building the strongest Roblox development team in the industry and need a recruiter who can help us hire the best. We’re on the lookout for a driven and well-rounded Recruiter who not only has strong sourcing and hiring skills but can also manage processes end-to-end and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

What You'll Do:

• •Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles
• •Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and creative outreach
• •Screen candidates and run initial interviews
• •Coordinate interview processes and feedback loops
• •Maintain a strong candidate experience from first contact to offer
• •Build and manage talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• •Track and report on hiring progress and key metrics

What We're Looking For:

• •2-3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• •Experience sourcing candidates directly (LinkedIn, outbound, etc.)
• •Obsessed with results, not process
• •Demonstrate foundational knowledge and capability in HR practices
• •Organized and process-driven approach
• •Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment
